It was an excellent experience in a low cost hotel. I was happy with quiet location close to motorway, good hot breakfast and exceptional staff.

Everything was great except the room that definetly could have been deep cleaned.

Every detail was very good from the beginning, including location and drinks, I enjoyed it. The restaurant was excellent and its freshly cooked dishes are to die for.

Stayed in the room that definetly needed to be deep cleaned.

Stunning interior, OUTSTANDING staff and generous breakfast. A short walk to the good beach. Smooth check in and in general perfect service.

The breakfast was tasty, the staff was welcoming, the grounds were immaculately clean. Nice bed in the classic room, plus complimentary wireless internet, netflix and air conditioning. Greatly enjoyed rooftop bar & bottled drinks. Had no problem using their free parking, the internet was excellent. Booked it for 1 day and had a really unforgettable experience.

All good - I loved my stay - food was good and my bed was very spacious. Relaxing room, that also was brilliant. The hotel was centrally located for travelling through Bury St. Edmunds.

Location was friendly, staff were warm, quick check-in. Inclusive breakfast, nice service.

I struggled with air conditioning, it was weak.

Our favourite place to stay in Bury St. Edmunds. Liked the classic twin room we had. Receptionist is the best ever! A pub was near to the property: D

We would book again, it is good value. The room was gorgeous, huge and had everything one might need. Tea and coffee were a nice touch.

It's literally a short way from abbey gardens. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Tikkatonic that was only 10 minutes' walk away.
